當天文台發出八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號，或黑色暴雨警告信號時，圖書館將跟隨學院安排。 The Library follows the College’s arrangements when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted.
