Subject Guides provide an overview of key resources for your discipline area. Subject Guides act as a portal to the online databases, journals and books that are most relevant to your area of study.

Library Workshops

Throughout each session, including orientation, the Library delivers workshops for students that include:

  • Starting your assignment
  • Citation and citation tools
  • Finding information
  • Research strategies

Access to Other Libraries

All staff and students can borrow cards that allow entrance to the libraries of many other institutions in Hong Kong.

Reader cards allowing entry to the following libraries are available on request:

  • Hong Kong Baptist University Library
  • Hong Kong Shue Yan University Library
  • Yew Chung College of early childhood education Library

Please enquire at the library information services counter for details.

  • Use library resources and facilities within the Library premises
  • Some cards no borrowing privileges
  • Renewal of the card may be granted provided that no other user is requesting the card
  • Each card can only be used by one person per visit and the card is non-transferable
  • For any missing and damaged of the reader card, users are responsible for the replacement cost of the card
  • Users must observe all other Libraries’ rules and regulations
  • Our Library will not be responsible for users’ behavior in the other Libraries
